The nineteenth movie of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, “Avengers: Infinity War” was the epic culmination of a 10-year story.

The big screen superhero team-up included Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Hulk, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, the rest of the Avengers, and even the Guardians of the Galaxy in an attempt to keep the all-mighty Thanos from collecting the five infinity stones and destroying half of the world’s population with the simple snap of his fingers.

Many critics originally questioned whether the directors, Anthony and Joe Russo, could fit all of the superheroes into one movie. How could they possibly find the screen time to fit that many personalities into one movie?

The attempt was unprecedented, yet the Russo brothers found a way. They grouped the heroes together and shared the screen time by switching back and forth between the groups.

There were multiple places in which battles were fought and all of the heroes were never together all at one place, which made it easy to share the screen time.

The Marvel heroes face up against their most powerful enemy to date: Thanos.

Thanos is the only remaining member of his home planet of Titan and his goal is to control each planet’s population by wiping out half of it.

With the infinity stones (Space, Mind, Reality, Power, Time, and Soul) and his gauntlet, Thanos has unmatchable power.

As he looks to collect these stones, it is the job of the heroes to make sure this does not happen.

Throughout the movie the audience will experience almost every emotion possible. You will laugh, you will be excited, you will be afraid, and you will be sad.

I would advise that you watch all of the other Marvel movies prior to watching “Infinity War” because it is not a standalone movie that the average moviegoer will truly understand and sympathize to. This is a movie that will show the culmination of a 10-year plan that will be admired by superhero fanatics everywhere.

The movie is a theatrical masterpiece with an epic cliffhanger that leaves the audience confused and yearning for the part two that will premier next year.
