Growing up in America we have heard stories about princesses and princes, but they remained strictly in fairy tales and Disney movies. However, in Europe they have royal families in many different countries the most notable being in the United Kingdom.

“I think it is so cool that there is going to be another royal wedding,” said Clovis High senior Abigail Nicholson.

Even though the wedding will be oceans away millions of people will be watching the news to be able to see the royal couple celebrate their happy day. The news has been full of new information about the wedding and all of the coverage of the event.

Not only are people excited about the new royal couple getting married, but they are an unconventional royal couple also. Obviously, Markle is American which will be the first time that an American will marry a Prince of England. Although marriages between people from different countries has been occuring forever this day will mark the first time that a prominent member of the royal family will be marrying someone out of the country.
